Preview service

Atlas Chess is an early preview service. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn while we improve the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of chess content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service for you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use it in a way that harms others.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but the preview is provided as available and may experience interruptions, maintenance, or changes.

Deletion and export

You may request deletion of your account and may export your account data through the service. Deletion is subject to legitimate retention needs described in the Privacy Notice.

Open-source notices

The service includes open-source software. Applicable license notices and source references are provided with the relevant distribution or source materials.

These terms are version 2026-09-19. We may update them as the preview develops; material changes will be communicated through the service or by another appropriate means.
